Perception Carolina 14.0

The Carolina 12 and 14 heritage is steeped in the Carolina series tradition that made them the most popular Day Touring kayaks in the world. The new Carolina 12 has improved stability and performance with the new v-shape hull with soft chines, making them easier to paddle for novice paddlers. The large cockpit, about 38 inches long, allows for easy entry and exit while padding on the cockpit rim makes for comfortable paddling with one's knees up. The new Carolinas have perimeter deck rigging and bungee to secure gear, and a rear oval hatch and 10" bow hatch for storing gear. The Carolina 12 is not offered with a rudder but can be retro-fitted with a rudder kit. The Carolina 14 will have a rudder option.
